ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Savings Specialist, you will be responsible for the business relationship with corporate clients who have savings with us. You will become the personal contact for clients and be the face of our corporate deposits.

Your main task is to establish new business relationships and manage existing clients within our corporate deposits. The role combines personal customer service, processing applications, and administrative tasks.

You will be part of a team specializing in corporate deposits. Together with your team, you will actively work to achieve business goals and contribute to the development of the product and the business. The position is based at our office in Helsingborg.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and create new business relationships
• Process incoming applications
• Engage with new and existing clients via phone
• Follow up with clients to meet internal and external requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to develop products and business

The role is a permanent position subject to a probationary period.

• At least two years of experience in customer service
• Ease in building relationships and trust over the phone and email
• A professional demeanor
• A careful and solution-oriented work approach

We consider it an advantage if you have a financial education and previous experience in banking, finance, and insurance.
